Section 14.2. 1. Step 1. 29 Employees shall first discuss the grievance with their immediate supervisor. An employee may 30 be accompanied by an Association representative at such discussion, if they so wish. All 31 grievances not brought to the immediate supervisor in accordance with the preceding sentence 32 within twenty (20) workdays of the occurrence of the grievance shall be invalid and subject to 33 no further processing.
