Section 14.1. Substitute employees who work longer than thirty (30) consecutive days in a general job 48 classification shall be subject to all terms and conditions of this Collective Bargaining 2 bargaining agreement shall be subject to the terms of Article IX, Section 9.1.4, Sick Leave.
