Section 623. Employees requested to work a shift regularly filled by a higher classification employee 41 shall receive compensation equal to that normally received by the employee in the higher classification 42 after three (3) consecutive days in such assignment.
Section 623. 2 Whenever Association Representatives are mutually scheduled with the Board’s or Administrator’s 3 Representatives to participate in negotiations or grievance hearings during work hours, said 4 representative shall suffer no loss in pay. The parties agree that negotiations and grievance hearings, 5 whenever possible, will be scheduled during non-school hours. Whenever Association 6 Representatives meet with District Representatives for consultation at the District’s request, or 7 conduct official Association business with the District, said representative shall suffer no loss of pay. 8 In instances where Association members attend a general PSE membership or other special meeting 9 called by the Association, members who attend such a meeting during their work shift, shall give back 10 to the District, in the week of the meeting, work time equal to the meeting time. 14 ARTICLE V I I 16 HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME 18 Section 7.1. 19 The workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by two (2) 20 consecutive days of rest, Saturday and Sunday; provided, however, the District may assign an employee to a 21 workweek of any five (5) consecutive days which are followed by two (2) consecutive days of rest.
Section 623. Section 6.23 of the Credit Agreement is amended by deleting the date “July 20, 2012” in the first sentence thereof and replacing it with “ by the earlier of (a) two Business Days subsequent to the date that Parent files its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for its fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2012 with the Securities and Exchange Commission and (b) August 17, 2012” .
Section 623. 2 Custodial maintenance employees will be allowed to cumulate their break for their first half of 3 their shift with their lunch period or to cumulate their break for the second half of their shift 4 with their lunch period.
