Section 12.4. 12 In determining whether an employee subject to this Agreement is eligible for participation in the 13 Washington State Public Employees' Retirement System, the District shall use the projected hours of 14 the regular runs or shifts. All hours worked, whether straight time, overtime, or otherwise, will be 15 reported to the Department of Retirement Systems for the applicable retirement plan.
