Common use of Section 11.3.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 11.3.2. contained herein shall be construed to prevent the District from discharging an 7 employee for acts of misconduct occurring after the expiration of the school year.

Section 11.3.2. contained herein shall be construed to prevent the District from discharging an 7 12 employee for acts of misconduct occurring after the expiration of the school year.
