Common use of Section 10.11.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 10.11.2. Employees on approved L&I claims shall not be required to exhaust their sick leave and shall 27 have all other rights covered under state or federal regulations, or District policy. Employees 28 are encouraged to check with the appropriate District manager responsible for L & I claims to 29 clarify rights and obligations while on L & I leave.
