Treasurer The Treasurer shall be the chief financial and accounting officer of the Trust, and, subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and to any arrangement made by the Trustees with a custodian, investment adviser or manager, or transfer, shareholder servicing or similar agent, shall be in charge of the valuable papers, books of account and accounting records of the Trust, and shall have such other duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or by the President.

Contracting Officer The person authorized to administer and make written determinations for the Commonwealth with respect to the Prime Contract. Department – The Department of General Services of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Issuing Office – The department, board, commission or other agency of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that issued the Procurement. Procurement – The Invitation for Bids, Request for Quotes, Request for Proposals or other solicitation and all associated final procurement documentation issued by the Commonwealth to obtain proposals from firms for award of the Prime Contract.
Certificate of Chief Financial Officer On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its chief financial officer with respect to certain financial data contained in the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.
Assistant Professor An Assistant Professor is a member of a Faculty of the University who shall ordinarily have the following minimum qualifications: (a) A doctoral degree; (b) Aptitude for teaching university students. The doctoral requirement may be waived if the Candidate has a record of suitable teaching, scholarship as defined in Article 1.1(n); or, in lieu of such a record, has professional qualifications and experience to enable him/her to make an appropriate academic contribution to the University.
