Common use of Second Written Warning Clause in Contracts

Second Written Warning. 5.5.1 Given for a repetition of the same offence or a similar offence during a period when a first written warning is still effective. 5.5.2 The employee must be informed that the warning will remain in force for a period of nine months using the form referred to as Annex 4 5.5.3 A Second Written Warning may be awarded by the Disciplinary Officer.
