Second Shift Employees. Second Shift Employees shall be guaranteed thirty (30) hours of employment in five (5) days and thirty-six (36) hours in sixJ6 ) days. The Schedule shall consist of no more than nine (9) hours per day for two (2) days each week and not less than four (4) hours per day. The above guaranteed work week shall be worked Monday through Saturday. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work six (6) days per week may request in writing to regularly work five (5) days (30 hours) per week and will be so scheduled. Such changes in scheduling shall be accomp­ lished within two (2) weeks from date of written request. There shall be no split shifts. For the purpose of clarification, second shift employees shall be an employee who does not complete his shift by 6:00 P. M. Wrappers shall not be scheduled for second shifts.
