Common use of Second Positive Clause in Contracts

Second Positive. If within one year of the First Positive, an employee again tests positive for either alcohol or drugs, the employee will be discharged pursuant to the terms of the Last Chance Agreement.

Second Positive. If within one (1) year of the First Positive, an employee again tests positive for either alcohol or drugs, the employee will be discharged pursuant to the terms of the Last Chance Agreement.
