Common use of Seasons Clause in Contracts

Seasons. If a seasonal employee becomes a full time employee without a break in service, he will be entitled to earn vacation leave credits at the equivalent rate, e.g. if such employee is earning at the 8% rate, upon becoming a full time employee, he will earn vacation at the one and two-thirds (1 2/3) days per calendar month rate in Article 13.
