Product Standards. The Swedish Medical Center will continue to review and evaluate medical devices that reduce or prevent employee exposures, (i.e., needle sticks, any medical devices that do not have safety features. Medical devices, e.g. safety needles, with safety features are required by law). The evaluation of products will include consideration of cost, applicability and effectiveness, with applicability and effectiveness being primary considerations. Membership in any committee existing or formed to evaluate devices shall include one (1) Union appointed staff nurse.
Product Standards. Licensee shall assure at all times that the Licensed Products: (a) are of a high quality standard consistent with the quality of S&W products and otherwise conform to specifications, performance standards and quality standards of Licensee’s other premium positioned products; (b) conform to the samples submitted for approval described above, with modifications only as approved in writing by S&W; (c) are sourced, manufactured, labeled, distributed, marketed, advertised, promoted and sold in accordance with all Applicable Laws and any S&W codes of conduct or policies as the same may be modified, supplemented or superseded by S&W from time to time (“S&W Policies”); and (d) meet or exceed all government standards, Applicable Laws, manufacturing codes and the like. Licensee shall have and maintain a commercially reasonable quality assurance plan acceptable to S&W to assure that the Licensed Products conform to the foregoing requirements, which plan shall be made available for inspection by S&W upon its request.
Product Standards. 6.1 Food service preparation must comply with all applicable regulations, including those established by the Maricopa County Health Services Department (MCESD).
Product Standards. CASI shall provide to RESELLER a new version of each Product at the time that such version is released for general commercial distribution. CASI reserves the right at any time to modify, revise, replace or reconfigure any of the Products (so long as it is in a manner compatible with and does not degrade the performance of the prior version of the Product and which does not require significant effort from RESELLER in order to prepare for general commercial use with the Customers or sublicensees of RESELLER).
Product Standards. As applicable, the product(s) shall be produced, packaged, labeled, and transported in accordance with Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 101, 110, 129 and 165, and product(s) must meet or exceed all other federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
