Common use of Seagate Technology, Inc Clause in Contracts

Seagate Technology, Inc. Restrictions. The parties acknowledge that, as an Affiliate of Seagate, IMG is subject to the restrictions of Section 6.8 of the Development and License Agreement between Seagate and VERITAS. That Section 6.8 shall not apply to (i) the activities of IMG pursuant to this Agreement, or (ii) IMG (or its successor) if and when IMG is no longer an Affiliate of Seagate.
