Scrutiny. 23.1 Scrutiny will be the responsibility of each individual Authority. The relevant committee of each Authority charged with audit shall have the right to inspect any documents relating to this Agreement and to require the Head of Paid Service of the Host Authority or the Head of Human Resource Shared Service to answer any questions raised by them.
