Non-Member Representatives Sample Clauses
Non-Member Representatives. At every meeting of the Disputes Panel the following non-member representatives may attend and shall be entitled to receive all documentation relating to such meetings:- 41.
6.1 a representative of Market Auditor shall be entitled to attend and speak at any such meeting, but shall have no voting rights and shall not be included in the membership of the Disputes Panel; and 41.
6.2 the Director shall be entitled to attend and speak at any such meeting, but shall have no voting rights and shall not be included in the membership of the Disputes Panel.
