SCRUTINY BOARD/EXECUTIVE BOARD ASSISTANCE. C8.1. If required or reasonably requested by the Authority to do so, the Provider must throughout the period of this Contract and for a period of six (6) years after the expiry of this Contract give all reasonable assistance to the Authority’s Scrutiny Board and/or Executive Board and to any other board with a similar status, including attending the Authority’s Scrutiny and/or Executive Board in order to answer questions pertaining to this Contract.
