The State Board PRC agrees to observe the above requirements for applicable subcontracts entered into for the performance ofwork under this Agreement. The PRC agrees that the certifications in this section shall be effective and relied upon by the COMMUNITY for the term of Administration maintains this Agreement, including any and all renewals.
