Common use of SCRUTINIZED COMPANIES Clause in Contracts

SCRUTINIZED COMPANIES. 38.1 Contractor certifies that it and its subcontractors are not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List and are not engaged in the boycott of Israel. Pursuant to section 287.135, Florida Statutes, the City may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Contractor or any of its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Contractor or any of its subcontractors, are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in the boycott of Israel during the term of this Agreement.

Pursuant to section 287.135, Florida Statutes, The City and Contractor agree that the City may will have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option the Contract Documents if the Contractor or and/or any of its authorized subcontractors are is found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Contractor or any of its subcontractors, are been placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in the a boycott of Israel during the term of this AgreementIsrael.

Pursuant to section 287.135, Florida Statutes, the City may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Contractor Consultant or any of its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Contractor Consultant or any of its subcontractors, are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in the boycott of Israel during the term of this Agreement.

Pursuant to section Section 287.135, Florida Statutes, the City COUNTY may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Contractor CITY or any of its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Contractor CITY or any of its subcontractors, subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in the boycott of Israel during the term of this ofthe Agreement.
