Scope Overview. ▇▇▇▇ will work cooperatively with the Owner in performing the services contemplated in this Agreement. Among other things, the parties contemplate that ▇▇▇▇ shall as authorized or directed by Owner; maintain and update the Project Control Schedule; prepare Cost Control Reports; prepare and maintain a Project Manual; and, provide the other general conditions services identified in this Agreement. General Services shall be incorporated into each GMP, and also into a separate GMP for project-wide General Services.
