Acceptance and Approvals. Any acceptance or approval by the City, or its agents or employees shall not constitute nor be deemed to be a release of the responsibility and liability of the Contractor, its employees, agents, subcontractors, or suppliers for the accuracy, competency, and completeness for any Documents prepared or services performed pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, nor shall acceptance or approval be deemed to be an assumption of such responsibility or liability by the City, or its agents and employees, for any defect, error or omission in any Documents prepared or services performed by the Contractor, its employees, agents, subcontractors or suppliers pursuant to this Agreement. This Agreement does not bestow any rights upon any third party, but binds and benefits the City and Contractor only.
