Contract Closeout Phase. 1.1.9.1.1. Over the course of the contract, a wide variety of skills and capabilities in project management relating to the DRP will be required. Assignments of work to be carried out by the PMSS teams will be determined by the EPM. 1.1.9.1.2. The following sections summarize the general and specific scope of services for the EPM. In general, the EPM is intended to provide Program Level leadership to ensure overall successful completion of the DRP.
