SCOPE OF WORK AND METHODOLOGY. Based on the above, ILO is seeking a Non-Governmental Organization to lead on the implementation of SIYB certification cycle including facilitating training for 400 beneficiaries graduated on SIYB training packages (GYB, SYB,IYB).
