(1) The Purchaser shall be entitled to use the product whose purchasing is regulated by the Agreement, on all existing and future systems and equipment, for any purpose, depending on the number of licenses provided, and in particular to transport it to another location, transfer or lease it within the TAG, customize it with the help of configuration tools, make a backup and archive copy or combine it with third-party system components. In any case of transfer within the TAG, the Purchaser shall also transfer any license-related duties. Moreover, the software can also be used on hot standby equipment.
