SCOPE OF TARIFF. 6.1 The Tariff H4A applies to the performance of background music in hotels, residential hotels, motels, boarding houses, restaurants and similar premises which have only a seasonal trade (i.e. for not more than six months in any calendar year). The Tariff H4A applies to hotels carrying three stars or more as determined by the South African Tourism Board.
