Common use of Scope Clause Clause in Contracts

Scope Clause. In accordance with the Certificate issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Hospital the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all employees of Hospital in Metropolitan Toronto regularly employed for not more than four hours per week and students employed during the school vacation period, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, professional medical staff, registered, graduate and undergraduate nurses, paramedical employees, office staff and persons covered by subsisting collective agreements.
