SCOPE CHANGES. During any phase of the Project Plan, the parties may by agreement approve Scope Changes and modify the Project Plan in order to achieve the design, transition and production goals of Gen-Probe (as the case may be), changes in the specifications and other elements of the PRD, Instrument improvement, quality improvement, cost reduction, and/or other changes in the Project Plan tasks initially identified in Exhibit 1, on the following terms:
