SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY. This position requires a great deal of autonomy and functions within the hospital and clinic setting. Internal customers include but are not limited to employees, patients, and management at the local, regional, and corporate levels. External customers include but are not limited to, practicing physicians, vendors, and the community.
SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY. 1.3.1. Work is straightforward in which tasks involve related steps, processes, or methods. 1.3.2. Actions or responses address familiar circumstances and involve choices between easily recognisable alternatives. 1.3.3. Issues requiring resolution are normally minor in nature and either have clear choices between options or are referred to more senior employees.

What needs to be done involves using available information however options are not always evident. 1.3.3. Work is very complex and includes varied activities involving many different and unrelated processes/ methods to meet the needs of the ICT function within a school context. 1.3.2. Work deals with unfamiliar circumstances, variations in approach and/or sudden changes impacting school administration and the broader school community. 1.3.3. Tasks are a narrow range of related activities performed to considerable depth, within established principles, practices or procedures. 1.3.4. The work requires the bringing together of a range of elements and the determination of method of approach from a range of options and involves significant evaluative judgement. 1.3.5. Decisions about what needs to be done include interpretation of considerable and/or incomplete data. 1.3.6. A breadth and depth of professional skills are applied to roles and functions in both varied and highly specific contexts.

  • Complexity Intermediate professional level role. Provides maintenance and support for moderately complex to complex client products. Works on one or more projects concurrently as a project team member. May coach more junior technical staff. Configures and installs software for IT users’ desktops and laptops. Involved in the installation and rollout of new software packages, upgrades and new desktop hardware. Maintains desktop software and hardware; supports mobile workforce. Provides Tier 2 support to IT users for basic software and hardware of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems. Troubleshoots problems using scripts and checklists as guides. Escalates to Tier 3 support when necessary. Documents problems and resolutions. May perform end-user training. Strong customer service skills are important in this position. Participates in the testing and evaluation of new desktop packages and implements prototypes.

  • Scope and Objectives 1. This Chapter shall apply, in accordance with the Parties’ respective international obligations and domestic customs law, to customs procedures applied to goods traded between the Parties and to the movement of means of transport between the Parties. 2. The objectives of this Chapter are to: (a) simplify and harmonise customs procedures of the Parties; (b) ensure predictability, consistency and transparency in the application of customs laws and administrative procedures of the Parties; (c) ensure the efficient and expeditious clearance of goods and means of transport; (d) facilitate trade between the Parties; and (e) promote cooperation between the customs administrations, within the scope of this Chapter.

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.
