Common use of Scientific Records Clause in Contracts

Scientific Records. Licensee will, and will cause its Related Parties to, maintain scientific records, in sufficient detail and in sound scientific manner appropriate for Patent Rights protection and regulatory purposes and in compliance with current Good Laboratory Practices and current Good Clinical Practices, as applicable, with respect to activities intended to be submitted in Regulatory Filings, which will fully and accurately reflect all work done and results achieved in the performance of the Development activities and Clinical Trials (including any Phase 4 Required Clinical Trial or Phase 4 Optional Clinical Trial) with respect to the Licensed Products in the Licensee Territory by or behalf of Licensee or its Related Parties.
