Regional Antibody Candidates and Regional Licensed Products. 5.2.1. Overview. Subject to the oversight of the JSC and the JDC, on a Regional Target-by-Regional Target basis: 5.2.1.1. Surface will be primarily responsible for Development of all Regional Antibody Candidates and Regional Licensed Products in accordance with this Agreement and the RLP Development Plan for such Regional Target during the Early RLP Development Term.
