School Visitations Sample Clauses

School Visitations. The Board and the Union welcome members of the community and other interested persons to visit our schools. School improvements often come from suggestions originating from such visits. However, in the interest of maintaining a safe learning environment and continuity of instruction, observers and/or visitors to classrooms shall be limited to authorized employees of the school district, parents of students in the visited classroom, and other persons expressly authorized or invited by the teacher and the administration. Where requested, an administrative staff representative will be assigned to monitor classroom visits by “other persons.”
School Visitations. Employees will be allowed at least one (1) day for the purpose of visiting other schools or attending meetings or conferences of an educational nature at the discretion of the Superintendent.
School Visitations. The Board shall permit the President of the Local #1303-450 of Council 4, or his/her designated representative, with the permission of the principal or, in his/her absence, the person in charge of the school, to visit the schools for any purpose relating to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any such visits shall be conducted in accordance with the school district's visitors' policy and procedures. If conferences with members of the bargaining unit are necessary, they shall be scheduled outside of working hours or on scheduled breaks, or by pre-arrangement and permission of the administration, so as not to interfere with the duties and responsibilities of the school employee(s). This permission shall not be unduly withheld.
School Visitations. Subject to approval of the building principal, two days per year may be used by a teacher for visiting schools. Such visits shall be related to staff development or instructional improvement goals of the teacher making the request.
School Visitations. The Board shall permit the Union representative, with the permission of the principal or, in his/her absence, the person in charge of the school, to visit the schools for any purpose relating to the terms and conditions of this Agreement or otherwise in accordance with Public Act 21-25. School Visitations. Upon approval of the superintendent, members of the bargaining unit may visit other schools for observation without loss of pay. Requests should be submitted on professional leave request forms.

  • Visitation The Company shall permit the representatives of each holder of Notes that is an Institutional Investor: (a) No Default — if no Default or Event of Default then exists, at the expense of such holder and upon reasonable prior notice to the Company, to visit the principal executive office of the Company, to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Company and its Subsidiaries with the Company’s officers, and (with the consent of the Company, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld) its independent public accountants, and (with the consent of the Company, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld) to visit the other offices and properties of the Company and each Subsidiary, all at such reasonable times and as often as may be reasonably requested in writing; and (b) Default — if a Default or Event of Default then exists, at the expense of the Company to visit and inspect any of the offices or properties of the Company or any Subsidiary, to examine all their respective books of account, records, reports and other papers, to make copies and extracts therefrom, and to discuss their respective affairs, finances and accounts with their respective officers and independent public accountants (and by this provision the Company authorizes said accountants to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Company and its Subsidiaries), all at such times and as often as may be requested.

  • Union Visitation Representatives of the Union shall have the right to visit any of the Employer’s places of business at any reasonable time during normal working hours for the purpose of ascertaining whether this Agreement is being properly observed provided that there shall be no inter­ ruption of or interference with the Employer’s business. In the event of a dispute involving a checker, the Union shall have the right to have said employee relieved of duty, provided a suitable substitute is available, to converse with the Union Representative.

  • Visitation Rights At any reasonable time and from time to time, permit the Agent or any of the Lenders or any agents or representatives thereof, to examine and make copies of and abstracts from the records and books of account of, and visit the properties of, the Borrower and any of its Significant Subsidiaries, and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Borrower and any of its Significant Subsidiaries with any of their officers or directors and with their independent certified public accountants.
