School Superintendent. The Superintendent (or his/her designee) is to immediately report the following to the Police Department:
School Superintendent. EEG shall select the superintendent or educational leaders and establish employment terms in consultation with the Board.
School Superintendent. It is hereby agreed by and between the Board of Education of the Clare-Gladwin Regional Education Service District (hereinafter "Board") and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (hereinafter "Superintendent") that, pursuant to Section 1229(1) and 623(1)(b) of the Revised School Code, the Board, in accordance with its action found in the minutes of its meeting held on the 18th day of July, 2018, has and does hereby employ the said ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for a period commencing on July 18, 2018, and ending on June 30, 2023, according to the terms and conditions as described and set forth herein as follows:
School Superintendent. Operator shall provide the services of an educational leader to serve as Superintendent. The Superintendent shall meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Ohio law and in the School job description and be subject to all benefits set forth in the School Handbook.
School Superintendent. EEG shall select the superintendent or educational leaders and establish employment terms in consultation with the Board. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Board shall have the right to approve each principal or superintendent, which approval shall not be unreasonable withheld or delayed. Ay rejection of any principal or superintendent must be for good cause, must be in writing and shall enumerate specific reasons for the rejection.
