SCHOOL STAFF REPRESENTATIVES. 1. The Employer shall recognize a Staff Representative(s) in each school, elected in accordance with the Union's procedures to carry out the duties of investigating and settling teacher employer disputes within the school and to participate in grievance resolution in the school as required.
