School Security Officer. For purposes of this Agreement, “School Security Officer” (SSO) shall mean a sworn law enforcement officer who has signed a one-year agreement with the CPD to serve one or more of the School District’s locations.

Field Training Officer When a Public Safety Officer has been designated as a Field Training Officer for a new employee he/she will receive a five percent (5%) increase for all the hours they provide direct training/instruction.
