Common use of SCHOOL LOCATION Clause in Contracts

SCHOOL LOCATION. The School shall provide evidence that it has secured a location that is acceptable to the Commission. The school will be located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. The School may move its location(s) only after obtaining written approval from the Commission, subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified. Any change in the location of the School shall be consistent with the Application and acceptable to the Commission. Attachment 7: Physical Plant contains the address and description of the approved facility.
