8.18.2. If TCA should purchase property for the purpose of building permanent school facilities, the property must be located within the geographical boundaries of the District. Any land purchase or lease by TCA, for the purpose of building permanent or temporary school facilities, must be approved by the Board. The Board may consider safety, legal or other issues that could reasonably impact the District, but the Board shall not unreasonably withhold approval.
