SCHOOL LOCATION. 5.1 The location of the school is ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Winona, MN 55987. 5.2 The School will notify the Authorizer of any anticipated change in geographical location. At its discretion, the Authorizer may provide review and comment on the proposed change in location. The School will consider the Authorizer’s review and comment. 5.3 The School will not expand to additional school sites beyond the present location(s) without approval by the Authorizer and the Education Commissioner, consistent with the Charter Law or Minnesota Statutes § 124E.06, subd. 5.
