State Reports XXXXX will provide, at no additional fee, all data reports required by the state that impact 50% or more of the school districts in the state. XXXXX and NWRDC will work with state agencies to gather requirements on the required data. XXXXX will inform NWRDC staff of any mandated changes to state reports and NWRDC will communicate the information to the District. XXXXX SaaS Modules XXXXX may provide additional software to enhance or supplement WSIPC’s standard offerings. The costs for these services are often in addition to the normal FTE fee. XXXXX Purchasing Program The XXXXX Purchasing Program (WPP) provides opportunities for districts, schools, associations, and government entities to purchase technology at competitive Cooperative pricing. To save the Cooperative money and time, XXXXX has a procedure to competitively bid all vendors in the Purchasing Program via RFP. The XXXXX bid process adheres to a sealed, competitive bidding process to negotiate contracts that abide by state procurement requirements.
