SCHOOL CLIMATE. The school administers surveys of staff, parents, and students every spring. The School Board uses this information to evaluate the Head of School’s performance. In that review they give their opinions and perspectives on the school climate and their, overall, satisfaction with the school. Monthly department meetings consistently review and measure our growth in academics and classroom environments as well as align goals and curriculum.
