Common use of School Board Clause in Contracts

School Board. Within ten (10) working days after receipt of the above disposition, the grievant may, if the grievance remains unresolved, appeal to the school board. The board shall hold a formal hearing within fifteen (15) working days and service a written disposition of the matter on the party or parties and the T.E.A. within fifteen (15) working days after the hearing.
