Common use of School Activities Clause in Contracts

School Activities. I/we consent to the student taking part in all the activities of the School, including extra- curricular activities such as games, sports, educational tours and excursions. However, while the School will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the student, these activities may be undertaken in environments that cannot be controlled or regulated by the School, and involve certain inherent risks which may include serious injury and death.
