Scheduling and Dispatch for Delivery. Commencing on the Commercial Operation Date, if the Facility is Dispatched in a manner consistent with the provisions of this Agreement, and Prudent Industry Practices, then the Seller shall comply with the Schedule or Dispatch; provided, however, that in the event of any conflict among the foregoing standards, each such standard shall be given precedence in the order in which it is listed.
