SCHEDULES AND FORECASTS Clause Samples
The "Schedules and Forecasts" clause establishes the requirement for parties to provide and update timelines, delivery dates, or projections related to the performance of contractual obligations. In practice, this clause may require one party to submit regular production or delivery schedules, or to update forecasts for quantities or timing as circumstances change. Its core function is to ensure both parties have clear, up-to-date expectations regarding timing and quantities, thereby facilitating planning and reducing the risk of misunderstandings or delays.
