Scheduled Shutdowns – Cowichan Aquatic Centre. (a) Cowichan Aquatic Centre employees will not be required to use vacation during scheduled pool shut-downs. (b) Cowichan Aquatic Centre employees who are not scheduled to work during a shut-down can choose to be laid off during this period of time, though they will not have bumping rights.
