SCHEDULE DEVELOPMENT. Before work begins, the Prime Consultant shall prepare a Baseline Schedule of the work scope in Critical Path Method form. Milwaukee County will furnish an activity coding format to facilitate reports and graphics used in project management activities. The Prime Consultant shall submit the completed schedule for review and approval (cd disc format or electronic mail) by FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION's project manager. The review will confirm the following: that the schedule is complete and reflects a realistic work plan; that the total schedule costs equal the contract values; that there is a defined, justifiable critical path with design activity durations subdivided into periods less than 20 working days or $10,000 value; that responsible parties are assigned; and that all the key project milestone dates are recorded. Milwaukee County approval of the Baseline Schedule is required before any pay request from the Prime Consultant can be processed. The consultant is responsible for information required to develop the schedule. Content includes work operations, sequencing, activity breakdown and time estimates. Milwaukee County may require additional schedules or reports to verify timely completion of scheduled activities and project milestones. On a monthly basis, the consultant shall review the schedule and report on actual performance, i.e., the actual start and finish dates and durations, work performed since the last update, description of problem areas, delaying factors and their impacts, and corrective actions taken. The Prime Consultant shall also update the current schedule, identifying changes in network logic, work sequences and durations needed to meet contract requirements, and contract time adjustments, when authorized by Milwaukee County. Each schedule update will be submitted to the County project manager for approval on 3.5" discs or through electronic mail, concurrent with submittal of consultant's monthly invoice for professional services. Pay applications will not be processed if updated schedule with all information required is not submitted. Copies of approved schedule updates shall be distributed to other members of project teams with instructions to recipients to promptly report discrepancies and problems anticipated by projections shown in the schedule. Developer shall coordinate with 12 Governmental Entities when developing and maintaining the Project Schedule and shall make 13 provisions for adjacent projects and Governmental Entities comments. SCHEDULE DEVELOPMENT. In accordance with the Management Plan, the Construction Manager shall prepare a master schedule for the Project (the “Master Schedule”). In preparing the Master Schedule, the Construction Manager shall establish: (i) detailed Critical Path Method (“CPM”) schedules for the pre-construction/design phase and the construction phase of the Project with concurrence of the City and the Project Designers, (ii) monitor the Project schedules during the pre-construction phase and ensure that the Master Schedule is updated as necessary and advise the City of any schedule deficiencies. The Construction Manager shall utilize Microsoft Project scheduling software to prepare, provide and maintain the detailed CPM schedules unless the City requests use of a different scheduling product.
SCHEDULE DEVELOPMENT. Schedules shall be developed that integrate with the WBS and cost estimates and represent all project work scope regardless of funding source. Certain non-project level of effort work scope may be excluded. Each activity will have assigned duration representing work scope accomplishment. Activity logic links shall depict all work scope constraints and decision points and shall be integrated into a total project network schedule. Work scope critical path network schedules are required for the total project and each PBD and in all cost accounts which exceed $5 million in life-cycle cost.
SCHEDULE DEVELOPMENT. 1270 14.6.1 Each site staff in collaboration with the site administrator shall: 1271 14.6.1.1 Develop a daily and weekly schedule (with or without 1272 staggered sessions as defined in District Policy) that 1273 provides for the required minutes of instruction exclusive 1274 of recesses (except kindergarten and pre-school, where all 1275 minutes are included as instructional minutes) and lunch 1276 time. 1277 14.6.1.2 Establish the frequency and length of staff meetings, and 1278 establish the guidelines for development of the agenda. 1279 However, the site administrator may call special school 1280 level staff meetings in an emergency (see Appendix B). 1281 14.6.1.3 Develop and implement a process to place students 1282 equitably at each grade level based upon their unique 1283 needs.
SCHEDULE DEVELOPMENT. 12.1 Unit Members shall be entitled to continue with teaching, counseling, and librarian duties to the extent that the program continues to have such needs. That is to say that the Unit Member shall have first right of refusal with respect to continued teaching, counseling, and librarian duties that they have performed historically, provided such duties remain a part of the program requirements. Sort code schemes (a) are subject to ADOT’s prior approval, (b) shall group 16 activities using meaningful schemes defined by Developer and ADOT, (c) shall designate lead 17 responsibility for each activity, and (d) clearly identify each Project Schedule Submittal. 18 Resubmissions of Project Schedules shall use the same revision number as the original 19 submission individually identified by a sequential appended letter (A, B, etc.), as an indication 20 of a revised version;
