Schedule Description. Give a general definition of the time the Employee must devote to this position by marking the “Full-Time” checkbox (i.e., 35-40 Hours/Week) or the “Part-Time” checkbox (i.e. less than 35 Hours/Week). III. Employment Period Select Item 8 Or Item 11 (9) At-Will Employment. It is important that the term of the concerned employment is defined. If the Employer and Employee have decided that either may terminate this agreement as needed, then select the checkbox statement labeled “At-Will.” This will mean that the Employee may terminate this contract, or the Employer may terminate the Employee’s position whenever needed provided, they adhere to the requirements set in this paperwork.
