Common use of SCHEDULE ALTERATIONS Clause in Contracts

SCHEDULE ALTERATIONS. (a) Employees may not switch shifts without the written permission of the supervisor. (b) Permissible switching of shifts must not result in additional overtime costs for the Employer. (c) When two employees trade shifts, the change must be between employees of the same classification and must be approved and signed by the Manager and initialed by both employees. The employee who agrees to add a shift will be held accountable for attendance on that shift.
