Savings and Other Plans. Except as otherwise more specifically provided herein or under the terms of the respective plans relating to termination of employment, Employee's active participation in any applicable savings, retirement, profit sharing or supplemental employee retirement plans or any deferred compensation or similar plan of the Company or any of its subsidiaries shall continue only through the last day of his employment. All other provisions, including any distribution and/or vested rights under such plans, shall be governed by the terms of those respective plans.
