Satisfactory Work Performance. Such increases may be withheld or delayed in cases where the employee’s job performance has been of a less than satisfactory level in which case the employee shall be notified in writing that the increase is being withheld or delayed and the specific reasons therefore. All such denials or delays shall be grievable under the provisions of Article 18 of this Agreement.

Satisfactory Work Performance. 7.5.1 An employee whose position is made redundant pursuant to this clause shall continue to perform his or her normal daily duties in a satisfactory manner up until the date of redeployment or retrenchment as advised by Council in writing.
