SATISFACTION WITH PERSONNEL If at any time Licensee or SAP is dissatisfied with the material performance of a Consultant or a Licensee project team member, the dissatisfied party shall promptly report such dissatisfaction to the other party in writing and may request a replacement. The other party will use its reasonable discretion in accomplishing any such change (which also, in the case of SAP, shall be subject to staffing availability).

SATISFACTION SURVEYS In order to assess the level of performance of the Supplier, the Customer may undertake satisfaction surveys in respect of the Supplier's provision of the Services. The Customer shall be entitled to notify the Supplier of any aspects of their performance of the provision of the Services which the responses to the Satisfaction Surveys reasonably suggest are not in accordance with this Call Off Contract. BASIC CONDITIONS The State shall have no obligation to disburse money for the Project under this Grant Agreement until the Grantee has satisfied the following conditions:
