Same Day Hiring. The seniority of new employees hired on the same day will be determined by a numbers draw in the presence of the Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The employee with towing experience will receive seniority preference. There will be double the numbers from which to draw as there are employees drawing. The highest number will be the most senior, etc. This draw will be done right after hiring. If the Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ cannot be present, any ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ can witness the draw. Union membership card will be given out as part of the hiring package so that the employee can fill it out.
